Communication Accommodations
Sign Language Interpreters
We can arrange for qualified sign language interpreters for patients who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please request this service at least 48 hours in advance when scheduling your appointment.
Language Assistance
We provide language interpretation services for patients with limited English proficiency. Our patient portal and key documents are available in multiple languages.
Large Print Materials
Upon request, we can provide medical forms, prescriptions, and educational materials in large print format.
Alternative Communication Methods
